A national parts network for India

Don't scrap the car
over one part.

Lakhs of vehicles in India are written off every year because a single spare could not be found. Fifteen shops, three weeks, and the car goes to the yard — over a ₹2,000 component sitting on a shelf in Ludhiana.

Nothing is charged until you approve photographs of the actual part.

Parts labelled on the model: Tail Lamp, Head Lamp Assembly, Tyre, Alloy Wheel, Windshield, Radiator, Body Panel, Front Grille, Interior Trim, Brake Disc. SPARRAPS sources these and thousands more across twenty part categories.

Start with the vehicle.

Every part is fitted to a specific vehicle, and the wrong year or variant is the commonest reason a part does not fit. Tell us what you drive and we take it from there.

Vehicle not on the list? A Beat, a Padmini, a Contessa — you are exactly who we built this for.

The problem

A part exists. Nobody can find it.

A dimly lit workshop, its shelves and benches crowded with mechanical parts

A spare parts godown holds lakhs of individual components. When a garage needs one, somebody has to walk the aisles and physically dig for it. That search takes real time, so it only happens when a sale is certain at the end of it.

So the part sits there. The garage rings fifteen shops over three weeks. The car occupies a service bay, then the yard, then goes for scrap — while the component it needed was on a shelf four hundred kilometres away the entire time.

SPARRAPS aggregates demand so the digging is always worth doing. One request reaches godowns across the country, and somebody goes and looks.

The bottleneck this product solves is physical discovery, not price.

Where it ends

Lakhs of vehicles reach here for want of one part.

Not because they were beyond repair. Because a door mirror, a lamp assembly or a sensor could not be found in time — and every week a car sits waiting is a week it costs its owner money.

Almost every part in this yard still works. That is the whole argument for a network that can find them.

Coverage

The vehicles nobody else supports.

When a manufacturer leaves the country, the dealer network goes with it. Parts stop being imported, the catalogue is retired, and every remaining owner is on their own. These are the makes we are asked about most — and the ones where we are frequently the only answer left in the country.

We supply every current make too — Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, Honda, Toyota and the rest — across 20 part categories. See full coverage.

Parts for every make on Indian roads

Passenger, luxury and commercial — plus the makes that have left India entirely, where we are frequently the only remaining option.

How it works

Four steps — and you pay at the fourth.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Pick your vehicle and name the part. If it is in no catalogue anywhere, describe it or photograph the old one. We go looking either way.

  2. 02

    We search the network

Your request goes to godowns across India, one at a time. You watch it happen — how many have been checked, how many are still looking.

  3. 03

    You see the actual part

Whoever finds it photographs it from four angles and declares its true condition. You are looking at the exact part that will arrive.

  4. 04

    You decide, then you pay

Accept it and pay. Decline it and we keep looking. Nothing is charged before you have seen the photographs and said yes.

If the part exists anywhere in the network, you get it.
If it doesn't, we say so — and keep looking.

Condition

You choose the condition. We tell you the truth about it.

A used part is not a gamble if you know exactly what you are getting. Every part is graded, priced by that grade, and photographed so you can judge it yourself before you commit a rupee.

  • New

Sealed and factory packed, with the manufacturer's warranty. Priced at MRP.

  • Grade A

Near new. No visible marks. Below MRP.

  • Grade B

Light scuffing, fully functional. Further below MRP.

  • Grade C

Visible wear, tested working. The lowest price we offer.

Every grade is a working part. Grade C is worn, not broken — a component that has done its job for a decade and will do it for another.
Why the ladder is never red

SPARRAPS Assured

Used parts are covered after fitting.

A used spare part only reveals its condition when it is fitted. You cannot inspect your way to certainty, and no photograph tells you whether a component will work once it is in the car.

So our cover does not end at delivery. If a used part fails when your mechanic fits it, we source you a replacement — a new request into the same network, at no further cost.

  • Nothing charged before approval You pay after seeing photographs of the actual part, never before.
  • Not as shown, full refund If what arrives does not match the photographs you approved.
  • Used parts, covered after fitting It fails when installed, we replace it.
  • New parts carry the manufacturer's warranty Claimed directly with them. We will never imply otherwise.

Two sides of the same network.

For garages & owners

You need a part.

Post what you need and we search a national network for it. See the actual part before you pay. Track it to your door. Built for a workshop with a vehicle on the lift and a customer waiting.

For godowns

You have the parts.

Requests come to you. You never list stock, never photograph a catalogue, never digitise a shelf. Look for what is asked for, photograph what you find, get paid. Pricing is set centrally, so there is nothing to negotiate.

The network

  • 340 Partner godowns
  • 89 Cities covered
  • 12,400 Parts sourced

Still on the road

A car is worth keeping for as long as its parts can be found.

We exist to make that longer.

Questions

The things people ask first

What happens if nobody has the part?

We tell you honestly, and show you how many godowns were checked. Then you choose: cancel, or let us keep looking. A request left open stays open indefinitely — no timer, nothing charged. Rare parts for discontinued vehicles turn up weeks or months later, and when one does, you are notified.

Is it safe to buy a used spare part?

You see photographs of the actual part before you pay, along with its declared condition grade. Every used part is covered after fitting — if it does not work when your mechanic installs it, we source you a replacement. That is the point of the guarantee: a used part only reveals its condition when it is fitted.

How do you price parts?

Prices are set centrally by SPARRAPS and are the same for everyone. A new part is priced at MRP; used grades are a fixed percentage below it. Nobody bids, nobody negotiates, and the godown that supplies your part has no say in what you pay.

Who am I actually buying from?

SPARRAPS. We operate a network of partner godowns, but your relationship is with us — we set the price, we handle the guarantee, and we take the complaint if something goes wrong. The parcel carries a SPARRAPS label, not a godown's name.

Do you supply parts for vehicles that are no longer sold in India?

Yes — that is where we are strongest. Chevrolet left India in 2017 and Ford in 2021, leaving roughly 1 million vehicles without an official parts supply. Those are precisely the requests our network exists to serve.

How long does it take?

Common parts are usually found within a few hours. Rare parts for discontinued vehicles take longer, and we will not pretend otherwise. You will always see what is happening rather than waiting in silence.

Somebody has your part.

It is on a shelf in a godown somewhere in India. Tell us what you need and we will go and find it.
