Refund & Return Policy
When a part can be returned, what is refunded, and when a replacement is sourced instead.
This document is being prepared
The binding text is with our legal advisers and will be published here before the service opens. The outline below shows what it will cover. Nothing on this page is a contract, and this page is excluded from search indexing until the final text is in place.
What already applies in practice
These are settled product rules. They will be reflected in the final document, but this summary is not itself the binding text.
- Nothing is charged before you approve photographs of the actual part.
- If a part is not what the approved photographs showed, it is refunded — on every grade.
- New parts: a refund requires the box unopened and intact. Later failure is the manufacturer's warranty, claimed directly with them. SPARRAPS is not the warranty provider on new parts.
- Used parts (Grades A, B and C): covered after fitting. If the part fails when installed, we source a replacement at no further cost.
- Every parcel carries a SPARRAPS label with a unique code. Without it a returned parcel cannot be identified, and the guarantee cannot be honoured.
