For garages & workshops
A vehicle on the lift is costing you a bay.
You already know what the part is called. What you don't know is which of fifteen shops has it — and finding out takes three weeks of phone calls while the car occupies a bay you can't sell. One request replaces the phone calls.
SPARRAPS is built for people who do this several times a day, not for somebody buying one part a year. That shapes everything: the vehicle list scales to two hundred, adding one takes seconds, and nothing explains to you what a brake disc is.
It also assumes a real working environment — a dim shed or harsh sunlight, greasy hands, a mid-range Android and patchy signal. Large tap targets, high contrast, and content that stays readable when the connection drops.
When a decision helps the occasional buyer but slows the garage owner, the garage owner wins.
What you get
-
My Garage — up to 200 vehicles
Save every vehicle you service. Searchable, most recent first, archivable when a customer moves on. Adding one takes under ten seconds, because you will do it several times a day.
-
Vehicle-locked requests
A request is always attached to a specific vehicle — maker, model, year, variant. This is the main defence against a wrong-fit return, and it is why we ask before you search rather than after.
-
Search that copes with how people actually type
"swift hedlite glas 2016" resolves correctly. Mixed Hindi and English, misspellings, trade shorthand. It shows you its interpretation so you can correct it.
-
One list for everything in flight
Sourcing, awaiting your approval, paid, in transit, delivered. One list with filters — not two tabs to guess between when you have eight parts moving at once.
-
Photographs before payment
Four angles of the actual component and its declared grade. You are approving that specific part, not a catalogue image of something similar.
-
Standing requests that never expire
When nobody has it today, the request stays open at no cost until somebody does. For a discontinued vehicle this is often the difference between a repair and a write-off.
What it costs you to try
Nothing. There is no subscription, no listing fee and no charge for a request that finds nothing. Money moves once — after you have looked at photographs of the part and accepted it.
If it's wrong when it arrives
If the part is not what the photographs showed, that is a full refund. If a used part fails when your mechanic fits it, we source a replacement at no further cost — because you cannot tell whether a used component works until it is in the car.
New parts are different, and worth knowing before the courier is at the door: a refund needs the box unopened, and later failure is the manufacturer's warranty rather than ours. The full cover is here.
For individual owners
Everything above applies if you own one car rather than service two hundred. Same flow, same guarantee, same prices — you will simply use it once every few years instead of several times a day.
If you drive something the manufacturer no longer supports, start with the coverage page.
